LE PETIT CHOCOLATIER CLASS for KIDS
Saturday, March 13, 10:30 am, Chocolate Brownie Cake (age 5-9 accompanied by a parent)
Saturday, April 24, 10:30 am, Chocolate Brownie Cake(age 5-9 accompanied by a parent)
Saturday, June 5, 10:30 am, Chocolate Truffles (age 5-9 accompanied by a parent)
1.5 hour class. Children will join Chef Chocolatier Antoine Amrani in his Chocolate Factory kitchen to be instructed in baking his delicious chocolate brownie cake. They will prepare a buttercream glaze to decorate with chocolate & candy. The Chocolate Truffle class will focus on creating Antoine's Caramel Truffles. Time permitting, a demo of the enrobing process will also be included. The price is $95 per pair (one adult + one child) includes a child-size chef hat and personalized diploma. Portion of proceeds benefits Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

1.5 hour class on cake assembly and decoration. The price is $95 per student and includes 1.5 hr class and your finished cake to take home. Portion of proceeds benefits Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

Participants will join Antoine Amrani for 1 hour demonstration at the Chocolate Factory Kitchen to watch and learn the art of French desserts as he prepares one of his exclusive pastry recipes. Everyone will have a chance to ask questions, take notes and sample the delicious results with Antoine at the end of class. The price is $55 per student. Portion of proceeds benefits Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

An evening of chocolates and wine. You will be guided through a series of indulgent pairings selected by Antoine Amrani while tasting many of his finest chocolates. The price is $95 per person.

When purchasing a gift certificate for a chocolate class, a reservation for the class must be made at time of purchase to ensure availability. Please bring something to cover your hair completely and wear clothing with which you can comfortably stand and work with chocolate. Photographs and video may be taken for promotional use. Aprons will be provided for use during class.
